Whether it is creating time for friendships to grow, completing homework, or creating an atmosphere of exploration and play, extended care at Episcopal provides a loving, nurturing, and fun environment for students to begin or conclude their day.

Early Eagles

For Early Eagles students, Episcopal’s Beaches Campus doors open at 7:15 a.m. Parents can register their child for Early Eagles on the My ESJ Parent Portal.

Afternoon Eagles

Afternoon Eagles offers extended care for students of all ages. Parents can register their child for Afternoon Eagles on the My ESJ Parent Portal.

After 6:00 p.m. Late Fees

$25 after 6:00 p.m. plus $1 per each additional minute 

    • Ex. If a parent arrives at 6:10, the cost is $35

Occasional Care

Early morning Occasional Care is available with 24-hour advance notice

    • $60 one-time registration fee
    • $15 per day per child for early morning care

Afternoon Occasional Care is available with 24-hour advance notice

    • $60 one-time registration fee
    • $15 per hour per child for afternoon care

Eagle Extracurriculars

As the school day transitions to Afternoon Eagles, students in Pre-K 3 through grade five also have an opportunity to participate in Eagle Extracurriculars (interest-specific after-school activities), which include a number of sports, arts, and other interests, from which families can choose. Registration for these activities is available on the My ESJ Parent Portal.

A variety of after-school activities are offered three times each school year for an additional fee (prices vary by activity). Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Dance
    • Private Music Lessons
    • Lego Robotics
    • Chess
    • Cheerleading
    • Various Sports

In addition, students in grades three through five have the opportunity to play organized league sports. Team sports include:

    • Basketball
    • Soccer
    • Flag Football
    • Volleyball
