Dear Munnerlyn Campus Families,
Greetings and happy summer! Planning for the 2026-2027 school year is well underway as we prepare to welcome you all back in August after a fun-filled summer break. Please review the summer checklist below to help you prepare and ensure a smooth start to the new school year:
REQUIRED HEALTH FORMS
Required Magnus health forms for the 2026-2027 school year are now available on the My ESJ Parent Portal. Once logged in, simply click the “Submit Forms via Magnus” button under Important Right Now. Please note – forms need to be uploaded via a desktop computer.

TEXTBOOKS, SUPPLIES, AND SUMMER LEARNING
Student course lists are now available on the My ESJ Parent Portal.

- Upper School (Grades 9-12):
Student courses are confirmed and can be viewed in the My ESJ Student and Parent portals on the Course Enrollment Document. If you have questions or concerns, please email Ms. Day, days@esj.org. Email enables all questions/concerns to be tracked and allows us to respond more efficiently than voicemail.
- Middle School (Grades 7-8):
Student core courses are confirmed and can be viewed in the My ESJ Student and Parent portals on the Course Enrollment Document. Electives will be finalized, and an updated Course Enrollment Document will be posted on July 14.
- Middle School (Grade 6):
All sixth-grade students take the same courses, with the exception of the 6th Grade Elective Wheel/Beginning Middle School Band. The Course Enrollment Document will be posted on July 14.
Make preparing for the 2026-2027 school year a breeze by visiting the ESJ Online Store at esj.org/store to purchase summer reading books, textbooks, and Middle School supplies.

- Visit the Summer Learning page of My ESJ for information on summer reading books and summer assignments.
- Middle School parents should view the Supply List page of My ESJ to review their child’s supply needs. (Upper School students will receive supply lists from teachers the first few days of school.)
- The ESJ Online Store is the best place to purchase textbooks and novels for all grades, including summer reading, and Middle School supply kits. For 6th grade, you have the additional convenience of purchasing a pre-made book box which includes all required textbooks and first semester novels. These pre-made boxes will include a combination of both new and used textbooks.

UNIFORMS
Uniform guidelines are located on the uniform section of My ESJ. Lands’ End, Episcopal’s uniform provider for Pre-K 3 through twelfth grades.
Each campus will have a fit line which consists of a small selection of sizes available for students to try on before ordering online from Lands’ End.

- Beaches Campus: Contact Nicole Limbaugh to set up an appointment, limbaughn@esj.org or call 904-246-2466, ext. 1234.
- Munnerlyn Campus: The Campus Store offers uniform shirts, including chapel shirts and ties, as well as uniform skirts for Middle and Upper School students. Items are available for try-on and purchase. Stop by or schedule a one-on-one appointment at the Campus Store. The summer hours are 8:30 am – 2:30 pm, M-F.
STUDENT SERVICES
If your child has updated or new documentation related to a diagnosed learning disability or mental health challenge, please submit the documentation to the Student Services team at studentservices@esj.org in order to establish a support plan prior to the start of school.
BUS TRANSPORTATION
Episcopal offers transportation options to and from the Munnerlyn Campus for students coming from both the Beaches areas (Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Beaches Campus) and the Westside of Jacksonville (Riverside, Avondale, and Ortega.) Routes are dependent on a minimum number of riders and may be subject to change. Final routes and times for the first semester will be confirmed by August 1 and by December 1 for the second semester. GRANDPARENT INFORMATION
Enter or update grandparent information in your Household Profile on the My ESJ Parent Portal prior to July 10.
Save the date information for Grandparents’ Day events on each campus will be mailed in early August to grandparents with mailing addresses on file.
COMMUNICATIONS
Keep an eye out for additional communications this summer with more detailed information. One mid-summer edition of the Episcopal Insider parent email will be sent on June 19.
