Favorite Class: My favorite class to date has been AP US history with Ms. Jenkins. I enjoy this class because of the discussions that our class has and the topics we cover. While I enjoy learning about US history, Ms. Jenkins often compares and relates themes to real world problems which I find fascinating every class.
What makes you proud to be an Eagle: I’m proud to be an Episcopal Eagle because of the balance our community creates between excellence and character. At Episcopal, I feel that we foster an environment where everyone wants to push each other to do their best whether it be in academics, athletics, or extracurriculars. Through my experience in all of these, I have witnessed how students want each other to truly succeed as a community. This spirit and growth-driven environment is what makes me proud to be an Episcopal Eagle.
What would you want a prospective Eagle to know before coming on a tour with you: Episcopal is a place where people are motivated in everything that they do. They should know that they will be challenged at Episcopal, but they will be doing it among other similar mindset peers. I would also want them to feel comfortable asking questions and being themselves, because that is how they discover what they like through the variety of opportunities that Episcopal offers.
Fun Fact: I am a self taught guitarist. I started when I was 10.
