Selected eighth and ninth grade students were inducted into Episcopal’s Aquilae Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) Thursday, March 27. The ceremony was held in the Munnerlyn Center. Penelope Cornais gave the Invocation. Sara Conners, faculty advisor, led the Candleight Ceremony, and London Willmott, Sawyer Shaw, Penelope Cornais, Phebe Ball, and Lola Solano gave the NJHS characteristics of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. Inductees were presented by Langdon Zimmer and The Rev. Christopher Dell, NJHS faculty council. Students are invited to join NJHS based on their academics, leadership, and character. The Rev. Dell gave the Benediction.
