Munnerlyn Campus Health, Safety, and Well-Being Event Focuses on Stress

Middle and Upper School students participated in a Health, Safety, and Well-Being program Tuesday with a presentation on stress management. The event combined a presentation on the impacts of stress and how to successfully manage stress and its impacts on our minds and bodies with a panel presentation facilitated by Dr. Elise Fallucco, Director of Health, Safety, and Well-Being Programming. Upper School students Mack Mairs ‘29, Tanya Burgess ‘27, Courtney Rowe ‘27, Jessie Cimino-Durden ‘27, Evan Tuttle ‘26, and Anthony Micoluuci ‘26, reflected on their personal experiences as Amy Burrows Perkins ‘92, Director of Student Services, and Rachelle Parman, Freshman Seminar faculty, shared ways to improve stress management. Advisory-based discussion followed the presentation and provided an opportunity for students to share in smaller groups how they experience and manage stress.
