Fast fashion ending up in landfills is more of an environmental problem than ever before. Often times people don’t take the time to donate them to secondhand stores, and then the clothes end up in landfills.

By collecting clothes from the ESJ community, ESJ’s Fashion Club will take them to a secondhand store so they can safely be repurposed and won’t end up polluting the earth. In addition, people will have the opportunity to get nice clothes from secondhand stores. By donating these clothes from our community, we provide people with the chance to experience a kind of luxury they may not have received before.

All gently used clothes are welcome and may be donated at three drop off locations: Upper School drop off,  Middle School drop off, and the Munnerlyn Center.

It is part of our mission to give back to the community through acts of service and we feel that we can better the overall community and environment through this drive.
