STATEMENTS and TUITION PAYMENTS
- Student accounts must be current in order to start school in August.
- AutoPay is the easiest and best way to make your tuition payments. AutoPay is invoice year specific and must be set up each year. Make sure you have set up AND “Enabled” AutoPay for 2026-27.
SCHOOL CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP
- If you received a School Choice Scholarship, have submitted the Award ID and have approved your student’s registration in the EMA portal, you should see a credit reflected on your statement. If you do not see a credit AND you have completed all of the required steps, email financialaid@esj.org.
As the new school year begins, we want to remind our community to purchase Episcopal apparel and spirit wear only from approved vendors. From time to time, unauthorized websites and unofficial vendors may claim to offer “Episcopal gear” for sale. However, only school-approved vendors are authorized to produce and sell apparel featuring Episcopal’s name, logos, or branding.
Purchasing from approved vendors helps ensure that products meet our brand standards and that your personal and payment information remains secure.
Episcopal School of Jacksonville’s approved vendors are:
- ESJ Campus Store (located on the Munnerlyn Campus)
- Lands’ End
- Baker’s Sports
Additional approved vendors (such as Crowley Printing, Custom Ink, and others) may be used for specific school group or club apparel with prior approval from Episcopal’s Marketing Communications Office.
If you are ever unsure whether a vendor is authorized, please contact the Marketing Communications Office at info@esj.org before placing an order.

Wishing all our ESJ families a wonderful Easter Break! School is closed on Good Friday (April 3) and on Easter Monday (April 6). Holiday care is available for pre-registered students on Easter Monday.
Who:
- All St. Mark’s Campus families, faculty, and staff invited to participate.
What:
- Art Supply Drive for Art With a Heart In Healthcare. Art with a Heart in Healthcare is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of young patients staying at Wolfson Children’s Hospital and other area hospitals.
Due to compliance with hospital regulations, the organization was very specific with the supplies that the patients are able to receive.

When/Where:
- Collecting April 9 – April 21, in collection bins located in carpool areas and in the school office. Supplies and “Art to Go” bags will be blessed on April 29 during Gathering in the Commons at 2:30 p.m.

- The goal is to brighten their hospital rooms and enhance the healing process.

Led by Detective Brett Bolton, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Computer Forensic Investigation Unit
Learn how to better protect your children in today’s online world. This Parent Education Event will cover the most common digital risks kids face, including inappropriate content, cyberbullying, and online predators. Det. Bolton will share how grooming and sextortion happen, what role law enforcement can realistically play, and how oversharing personal information can put children at risk. Parents will leave with practical conversation starters and tech strategies that offer real protection at home.
Parent/teacher conferences are Friday, March 27. School and extended day programs are closed. Childcare is available during your child’s conference:

How to Sign Up for Conferences
Simply log in to the My ESJ Parent Portal and select the “Schedule Parent-Teacher Conferences” button located in the “Important Right Now” section of the parent portal homepage.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for all grades is Friday, March 27. School and extended day are closed, but conference care is available during your conference time(s).

Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child wear?
ELP children are welcome to wear Easter attire or play clothes, whatever they feel comfortable wearing. Pre-K 3 students will continue wearing their Easter Best attire worn in the Easter performance. Easter attire is optional for Pre-K 4 students. Kindergarten students should wear uniforms and optional Easter accessories.
What should I put in the pre-stuffed Easter eggs?
Some ideas of what to stuff the eggs with include stickers, tattoos, band-aids, or non-chokable toys. The school requests no candy if possible. Your child’s homeroom teacher will let you know how many pre-stuffed eggs to provide.

- 9:00 a.m.- Easter Egg Hunt and playground time
- 10:00 a.m.- Snack in classroom
ELP 2 Schedule
- 9:00 a.m. Easter performance (Lori Schiavone Commons)
- 9:45 a.m. – Parents hide eggs and/or help with special snack in classroom
- 10:15 a.m. – Easter Egg Hunt and playground time
Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten – Thursday, April 2
Pre-K 3 Schedule
- 9:00 a.m. Easter performance (Lori Schiavone Commons)
- Immediately following performance, parents hide eggs on the playground while teachers read to students inside classrooms
- 9:45 a.m. (approximately) – Easter Egg Hunt on playground

Parents are invited to join the St. Mark’s Campus Parent Book Club to read and discuss The Gift of Failure by Jessica Lahey (Amazon link to purchase).
In The Gift of Failure, Lahey explores how allowing children to face challenges and setbacks helps them develop resilience, confidence, and independence. With relatable examples from school, home, sports, and friendships, the book offers a hopeful guide for raising capable children.
