ESJ’s financial aid application for the 2027–2028 school year is open for students in Pre-K 3 through Grade 12. Families must apply annually to be considered. We evaluate financial aid awards using Clarity, a secure third-party platform. We keep all application information strictly confidential.
- November 13 – Application Deadline
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee until early April, after awards have been offered to new families. Please be aware that financial aid may no longer be available at that time.
- January 15 – Award Notification & Re-enrollment

The Parents’ Association invites Pre-K 3 – grade 5 sons and special friends to a sports-themed son event! Come dressed as your favorite sports figure or team and be ready for some fun!
*In the event of rain, the Son Event will be rescheduled to March 26.
The St. Mark’s PA is in need of parent volunteers to man the concession stand and supervise inflatables for this year’s son event on Thursday, March 19, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Led by Detective Brett Bolton, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Computer Forensic Investigation Unit
Learn how to better protect your children in today’s online world. This Parent Education Event will cover the most common digital risks kids face, including inappropriate content, cyberbullying, and online predators. Det. Bolton will share how grooming and sextortion happen, what role law enforcement can realistically play, and how oversharing personal information can put children at risk. Parents will leave with practical conversation starters and tech strategies that offer real protection at home.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for all grades is Friday, March 27. School and extended day are closed, but conference care is available during your conference time(s).
