STATEMENTS and TUITION PAYMENTS
- Student accounts must be current in order to start school in August.
- AutoPay is the easiest and best way to make your tuition payments. AutoPay is invoice year specific and must be set up each year. Make sure you have set up AND “Enabled” AutoPay for 2026-27.
SCHOOL CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP
- If you received a School Choice Scholarship, have submitted the Award ID and have approved your student’s registration in the EMA portal, you should see a credit reflected on your statement. If you do not see a credit AND you have completed all of the required steps, email financialaid@esj.org.
As the new school year begins, we want to remind our community to purchase Episcopal apparel and spirit wear only from approved vendors. From time to time, unauthorized websites and unofficial vendors may claim to offer “Episcopal gear” for sale. However, only school-approved vendors are authorized to produce and sell apparel featuring Episcopal’s name, logos, or branding.
Purchasing from approved vendors helps ensure that products meet our brand standards and that your personal and payment information remains secure.
Episcopal School of Jacksonville’s approved vendors are:
- ESJ Campus Store (located on the Munnerlyn Campus)
- Lands’ End
- Baker’s Sports
Additional approved vendors (such as Crowley Printing, Custom Ink, and others) may be used for specific school group or club apparel with prior approval from Episcopal’s Marketing Communications Office.
If you are ever unsure whether a vendor is authorized, please contact the Marketing Communications Office at info@esj.org before placing an order.

60th Anniversary Bash Auction Preview:
A mid-week stay at the beautiful Greyfield Inn on Cumberland Island is just one of the amazing auction items that will be available for bid as part of Bash 2026- Celebrating 60 Years of Episcopal. Greyfield has been recognized by Travel & Leisure and Conde Naste Traveler magazines as one of the nation’s premier destinations. Everyone should experience Greyfield at least once – there is truly nothing like it.

This free uniform exchange event will be held Tuesday, January 20 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or while supplies last outside of the Haskell building lobby.

College Knowledge: Gr 10-11 Admissions Panel (February 4)
Episcopal College Counseling welcomes sophomores, juniors, and their parents to join us for an informative Admissions Panel on Wednesday, February 4 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sikes Theatre. Esteemed admissions colleagues will offer insights and perspectives on the college process and answer general questions, based on their years at institutions, including Centre College, Davidson College, Skidmore College, the University of Central Florida, the University of Florida, and Vanderbilt University.
We hope you will join us for this very important and informative meeting. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to your student’s college counselor.
The Middle School play needs one or two dads from 4:30-6:15 p.m. on January 28 and 29, and from 5:30-7:15 p.m. on January 30 to help set up and clean up a “Times Square” welcome event prior to each performance.

Purchase a paver inscribed with your child or grandchild’s name, the name of a friend, alumnus, parent, grandparent, favorite teacher, special team, event or club. The paver will be placed on the Munnerlyn or Beaches Campus, whichever you request.
The deadline to order and have the paver installed in spring of 2026 is March 3. Orders received after the deadline will be processed, but pavers will be laid during spring 2027. Please contact Lisa Allen at allenl@esj.org or 904-396-5751, ext. 1111 with questions.

The spring championship season of rowing is beginning and open to any and all, with no experience needed. Rowing builds strength, fitness, teamwork, commitment, and responsibility. Below, you will find more specific information for new and returning students. We welcome you to come out and give the sport a try!
Upper School Rowing – Begins January 9
Returning and new Upper School students will be taught the fundamentals of this great sport and learn teamwork and sport specific fitness to build into the spring season.
- When- Monday through Friday- 3:45 to 6pm, beginning January 7 through April 29
- Where- Episcopal School of Jacksonville, Walton Boathouse, 6757 Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville 32211
- Winter sport athletes will begin upon completion of their respective winter season.

Middle School – Begins Monday January 20
- What- Rowing program for Middle School age students 6th grade and up.
- When- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday- 3:45 to 5:45pm, beginning January 20 through March 27
- ESJ Knight Property Shuttle transports students to practice.
- Winter sport athletes will begin upon completion of their respective winter season.

The practice location is the Walton Boathouse at 6757 Atlantic Blvd on the Knight Sports Campus. Students will be transported via an Episcopal Shuttle after school, departing at 3:35 from in front of the Munnerlyn Center to the Boathouse.
Student pick-up will be at the Boathouse via the entrance at the eastern end of the Tennis Courts at the address above. Students taking the shuttle will be returned to campus to catch the Beaches or Westside Shuttle home.
Practice Attire- Water bottle, sneakers, athletic shorts and t-shirt. (performance wicking T-shirt is best in the heat)
EL2 Physical & EL3 Paperwork must be completed and uploaded in My ESJ using the Magnus Portal.
Recent Graduates in the last 12 years, who have continued to row in college, have attended the following schools:

Leaping lizards! Come and see that the “sun will come out tomorrow” at ESJ Middle School Theatre’s production of Annie Jr! Performances are January 28-29 at 6PM and January 30 at 5 and 7PM in the Sikes Theatre.
This heartwarming musical follows the story of an orphan named Annie living a “hard-knock life” at The New York City Municipal Orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie dreams of being reunited with her parents and takes action to find them. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Roosevelt and finds a new family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

Tickets are $15 for general admission. ESJ students are free, but must have a ticket as space in the Sikes Theatre is limited. No late entry due to the layout of the stage in the Sikes Theatre. Please plan accordingly.

Hi Parents,
We’re launching a fun, low-key way to help parents connect — and we’re looking for Grade-Level Social Chairs for 6th–12th grades.
Social Chairs help bring parents together by organizing casual, optional get-togethers, such as:
- Coffee meetups
- Cocktails at a local restaurant
- Park or outdoor meetups
Meet for a drink or dinner before a home sporting event.
This role is all about building community and connection within each grade. Helping parents get to know one another in a relaxed, welcoming way.
Ideally, we’d love to have two Social Chairs per grade. Chairs may continue with their grade year-to-year or rotate annually — totally flexible! We’re excited to kick this off mid-year and grow it moving forward.

Try Sailing with Episcopal!
No experience? No problem! Middle School and Upper School students are invited to join the Episcopal Sailing Team, led by Florida Yacht Club’s Coach Nogay Dokmeci and Matthew King.
- Practices: Mondays and Thursdays, 3:45–6:45 p.m.
- Location: Florida Yacht Club, Ortega – transportation available
- Varsity and JV compete across the Southeast; 8th grade sailors race in one home regatta each season.
- Open House: Sunday, Feb. 1, 9:30–11:30 a.m. Come check out the boats, meet the team, and enjoy bagels and donuts!
