ESJ’s financial aid application for the 2027–2028 school year is open for students in Pre-K 3 through Grade 12. Families must apply annually to be considered. We evaluate financial aid awards using Clarity, a secure third-party platform. We keep all application information strictly confidential.

2026-2027 Beaches Campus PA President
The Beaches Campus is excited to hold its annual Blessing of the Animals service in conjunction with St. Paul’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church on Thursday, October 1 at 8:15 a.m. Students and families are welcome to bring a pet, picture of a pet, or stuffed animal to be blessed by clergy of St. Paul’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church. The service will be held on the church lawn and parents can utilize the Grade Level signs to gather before the ceremony.

The Boo Bash Planning Committee will have its first meeting on Friday, September 4, from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. after Flag in the Art Room. The Boo Bash is a long standing tradition on the Beaches Campus and is an exciting way to kick off the start of fall. School will be dismissed at noon on Friday, September 4, for faculty professional development.
Afternoon Eagles is open for registered students. Please communicate directly with your student(s) homeroom teacher and Extended Day Director, Shylo Kline (klines@esj.org) if your student(s) will be staying for Afternoon Eagles. Note: Students will need a home packed lunch.

Phillipa Marks, Volleyball Program Director, invites your students in third to fifth grade to a free clinic with the ESJ varsity volleyball team after school on Wednesday, September 16 at 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the Petway Family Performance Center. Please be aware that St. Paul’s By-the-Sea Church construction will be taking place along 5th Street between 11th Avenue North and 12th Avenue North throughout the month of September.
To help avoid delays and congestion, we encourage families to avoid this area when possible and plan alternate routes and/or parking when in this area.
