The financial aid application deadline for returning students is today, November 14. If you have not submitted your application, please do so by the end of today.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee until early April, after awards have been offered to new families. Please be aware that financial aid may no longer be available at that time.

Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson, a book focused on helping nurture their child’s developing brains for better emotional regulation, resilience, and relationships. Annie Antar, Volleyball Program Director, invites your students in third to fifth grade to practice with the ESJ varsity volleyball team after school on Tuesday, September 30 at 3:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m. in the Beaches Campus Gym. 2025-2026 Beaches Campus PA President
The Beaches Campus is excited to hold its annual Blessing of the Animals service in conjunction with St. Paul’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church on Thursday, October 2 at 8:15 a.m. Students and families are welcome to bring a pet, picture of a pet, or stuffed animal to be blessed by clergy of St. Paul’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church. The service will be held on the church lawn and parents can utilize the Grade Level signs to gather before the ceremony.

This is a friendly reminder to notify the Beaches Campus School Nurse, Katy Jones, any time your child is diagnosed with an illness, in accordance with Episcopal School of Jacksonville (ESJ) health policies, as outlined in the Student-Parent Handbook.
It is especially important that we are informed if your child is diagnosed with any of the following conditions:
- Influenza (Flu)
- COVID-19
- Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease
- Impetigo
- Fifth Disease
- Head Lice
- Pinworms
- Diagnosed Pink Eye
- Positive Contagious Disease test
These illnesses are tracked for the health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff. Timely communication allows the school to take appropriate measures to prevent the spread of illness while maintaining student confidentiality.
We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a healthy school environment. For more information, please refer to the Health Information section of the ESJ Student-Parent Handbook or contact the school clinic directly.
