STATEMENTS and TUITION PAYMENTS
- Student accounts must be current in order to start school in August.
- AutoPay is the easiest and best way to make your tuition payments. AutoPay is invoice year specific and must be set up each year. Make sure you have set up AND “Enabled” AutoPay for 2026-27.
SCHOOL CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP
- If you received a School Choice Scholarship, have submitted the Award ID and have approved your student’s registration in the EMA portal, you should see a credit reflected on your statement. If you do not see a credit AND you have completed all of the required steps, email financialaid@esj.org.
As the new school year begins, we want to remind our community to purchase Episcopal apparel and spirit wear only from approved vendors. From time to time, unauthorized websites and unofficial vendors may claim to offer “Episcopal gear” for sale. However, only school-approved vendors are authorized to produce and sell apparel featuring Episcopal’s name, logos, or branding.
Purchasing from approved vendors helps ensure that products meet our brand standards and that your personal and payment information remains secure.
Episcopal School of Jacksonville’s approved vendors are:
- ESJ Campus Store (located on the Munnerlyn Campus)
- Lands’ End
- Baker’s Sports
Additional approved vendors (such as Crowley Printing, Custom Ink, and others) may be used for specific school group or club apparel with prior approval from Episcopal’s Marketing Communications Office.
If you are ever unsure whether a vendor is authorized, please contact the Marketing Communications Office at info@esj.org before placing an order.

Dear Families,
We are excited to share that our upcoming Scholastic Book Fair will also include a special opportunity to give back to our community.
This year, we are partnering with a local Title I school to help grow their classroom libraries and provide students with access to books of their own. This school has not had a functioning library for many years, which means students are currently only able to access the books available within their individual classrooms. We would love to help expand their access to stories and resources.
If your family is willing, we encourage you to consider purchasing one additional book during the book fair to donate.
We will also be collecting gently used children’s books that your family may no longer need. These donations are a wonderful way to share stories your children have loved with another child who will cherish them just as much.
A single book may seem small, but it can make a meaningful difference in a child’s life, helping build literacy, confidence, and a love of reading.
There will be designated collection areas at the fair and in the front office for both new and gently used book donations. We are grateful for any participation and appreciate your support in helping us share the joy of reading with others.

Led by Detective Brett Bolton, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Computer Forensic Investigation Unit
Learn how to better protect your children in today’s online world. This Parent Education Event will cover the most common digital risks kids face, including inappropriate content, cyberbullying, and online predators. Det. Bolton will share how grooming and sextortion happen, what role law enforcement can realistically play, and how oversharing personal information can put children at risk. Parents will leave with practical conversation starters and tech strategies that offer real protection at home.
School and Extended Day Programs are closed on March 25. Childcare is available during your child(ren)’s conference time(s):
- Pre-K 3 – Grade 5 – conference care offered in the Petway Family Performance Center
The ability to sign up for a conference time will open the week of March 2.

How to Sign Up for Conferences
Simply log in to the My ESJ Parent Portal and select the “Schedule Parent-Teacher Conferences” button located in the “Important Right Now” section of the parent portal homepage.
The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to the Beaches Campus March 24-26, 2026. By choosing their own books, kids are empowered and inspired on their journey to becoming lifelong readers.
Book Fair Volunteers Needed – We’d Love Your Help!
Our Scholastic Book Fair is right around the corner, and we would love the help of our amazing parent community to make it a fun and successful experience for our students! If you are able to volunteer, even for a short time, we would greatly appreciate your help. *Don’t forget to wear your parent name tags.

Set-Up Crew
Help us unpack boxes, arrange books, and get everything ready for our students to enjoy the fair.
Tuesday, March 24 | 8:30 AM – 2:45 PM
Student Shopping Day
Volunteers will help check students out with their book purchases and assist teachers as classes visit the fair. It’s a fun way to see the students get excited about books!
Friday, March 27 | 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM (right after Flag)

Help us pack up the fair and get everything ready to send back to Scholastic
