STATEMENTS and TUITION PAYMENTS
- Student accounts must be current in order to start school in August.
- AutoPay is the easiest and best way to make your tuition payments. AutoPay is invoice year specific and must be set up each year. Make sure you have set up AND “Enabled” AutoPay for 2026-27.
SCHOOL CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP
- If you received a School Choice Scholarship, have submitted the Award ID and have approved your student’s registration in the EMA portal, you should see a credit reflected on your statement. If you do not see a credit AND you have completed all of the required steps, email financialaid@esj.org.
As the new school year begins, we want to remind our community to purchase Episcopal apparel and spirit wear only from approved vendors. From time to time, unauthorized websites and unofficial vendors may claim to offer “Episcopal gear” for sale. However, only school-approved vendors are authorized to produce and sell apparel featuring Episcopal’s name, logos, or branding.
Purchasing from approved vendors helps ensure that products meet our brand standards and that your personal and payment information remains secure.
Episcopal School of Jacksonville’s approved vendors are:
- ESJ Campus Store (located on the Munnerlyn Campus)
- Lands’ End
- Baker’s Sports
Additional approved vendors (such as Crowley Printing, Custom Ink, and others) may be used for specific school group or club apparel with prior approval from Episcopal’s Marketing Communications Office.
If you are ever unsure whether a vendor is authorized, please contact the Marketing Communications Office at info@esj.org before placing an order.

Raise a glass to cocktails, feast like you’re at a Greek banquet, unwind to melodies worthy of Mount Parnassus, and try your luck in our exclusive silent auction. It’s an evening you won’t want to miss!

ESJ auction proceeds make it possible for our students to experience an unparalleled offering of classes and programs through the school’s Four Pillars of Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, and Spiritual Life. Students build lasting relationships with a talented and nurturing faculty while being exposed to enriching opportunities both in and out of the classroom.
Tickets and Auction Information
Tickets are available beginning January 2, 2026. The Beach Bash Committee is currently accepting auction items for the upcoming event. If you have a business or know of a business interested in donating, please contact Ashley Davis at davisa@esj.org. Please be on the lookout for more event details and information on exciting auction packages as the date gets closer.

Due to special Holiday events, there will be no Flag Ceremony on December 12 and 19. We hope to see you at Lessons and Carols (December 12) and/or The Grinch and Caroling (December 19)!
The Beaches Campus is excited to celebrate Pajama Day on Friday, December 19th. Pajama Day is a Beaches Campus school tradition as our community prepares for the Christmas holiday. Students are encouraged to wear pajamas to school and will enjoy story time, hot chocolate, and carol singing in the gym. Students in Kindergarten will be acting out “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” during story time. Parents are welcome to attend the gym festivities.
