Save the date information for Grandparents’ Day events on each campus will be mailed in early August to grandparents with mailing addresses on file.
Please join us for a uniform recycle event on Wednesday, May 21 | 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. in Hope Hall Art Room! This is an opportunity for families to trade outgrown uniforms with one another. *New 2025-2026 families are invited 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Drop Off Information:
We need your help to make this a success! Please drop gently used and outgrown uniforms (washed and folded) in the collection bins located in front office areas May 16-20.
Challenge Day is Friday, May 16th and is a special annual tradition on the Beaches Campus. We need your help (and volunteers) to make this day possible for our students. Below are the activities we will have for kindergarten – fifth grade students during Challenge Day:
- Hula Hoop contest
- Bucket Fill
- Potato Sack race
- 3 legged race
- Rest Station
- 9 Square
- Scooter Race Relay
- Drip Drip
- Tug of War
- Corn Hole/Bean Bag tic tac toe

Teacher Appreciation week is Monday, May 5 – Friday, May 9. The Parent Association have planned amazing activities for the Beaches Campus Faculty and Staff.
Below is a list of activities the Parent Association have planned for the Beaches Campus employees.
Monday: Catered breakfast from Panera
Tuesday: Snacks in the Teacher Workroom
Wednesday: Faculty and Staff massages and a special gift from the Parent Association.
Thursday: Faculty and Staff Catered Luncheon. Please refer to this sign-up genius to volunteer to help during the luncheon!
Friday: Coffee Cart, Teacher Dress Down Day, and Shout Outs
The Beaches Campus will host its Challenge Day on Friday, May 16. Pre-K students will hold their Challenge Day from 9:30 a.m. – 10:20 a.m. and kindergarten – fifth grade students will hold their Challenge Day from 10:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Schedule of Activities (Kindergarten – Fifth Grade)
10:30 a.m. – 10:50 a.m. : Partner Reading
10:50 a.m. – 11: 25 a.m. : STEM Activity in the Gym
11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. : Pizza lunch from Milano’s
12:15 p.m. – 12:35 p.m. : Read in classroom
12:40 p.m. – 2:20 p.m. : Field Events
2:25 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. : Kona Ice
Challenge Day is a fun day on the Beaches Campus. Challenge Day shirts will be provided for students, faculty, and staff by the campus. Please have your student wear athletic shoes and bring a change of clothes.
*Pizza lunch and Kona Ice will be provided by the school.
