This is a friendly reminder regarding our dismissal procedures.

• If you are picking up your child at the end of the school day, please check them out at West House (the red brick administration building) or remain in your vehicle in the designated carpool line. For the safety of all students, parents may not walk up to the gate to retrieve their child.

• If you plan to leave school immediately after the Wednesday Gathering, please exit through the West House or the main carpool gate before carpool begins. Once carpool has begun, please ask someone from West House to call for your child to meet you in the office.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and orderly dismissal process for everyone.
