Celebrating Dot Day (September 12)

Inspired by the children’s book The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds, International Dot Day is a global celebration of creativity, courage, and self-expression.  In the story, a teacher encourages a student to “make her mark” by starting with just a simple dot.

Students are invited to celebrate by wearing dots (homemade or store-bought) to show off their creativity! Whether it’s polka dots, painted dots, or dotted accessories, the day will be filled with color and imagination.
