Bash Celebrates 60 Years with Nod to Founding Era

Bash 2026 –  Celebrating 60 Years of Episcopal was held January 31 in Harden Hall with a retro theme paying homage to the era when Episcopal was founded. Current and former parents, alumni, parents of alumni, and friends of ESJ embraced the throwback dress code, showing up in style with vintage florals, jumpsuits, and disco-inspired sparkles.

Jennifer Earnest ’00 of Chef’s Garden curated a menu that fully leaned into the era with crowd pleasing favorites keeping guests fueled for the night. Classic hits performed by The Boogie Freaks, a 360 photo booth, balloon drop on the dance floor, and a wine pull tucked behind a “Laugh-In” inspired wall offered interactive guest experiences.

Bash is not only a celebration; it also raises funds for the school.  An online auction with something for everyone featured sought-after experiences including a stay at Greyfield Inn, tickets to NBA games, luxury seats for concerts, and a BMW Driving Experience. For those with students on-campus, the “All Things Episcopal” auction included long-time favorite items, including Commencement seating, dress-down days, choose-a-locker, and parking spaces.

This milestone evening celebrated the school’s history while raising funds in support of Episcopal’s mission, underscoring the lasting impact of the school’s community and commitment to the future. See pictures here.
