Students Participate in Super Math Bowl
Mrs. Cinnamond’s fifth and sixth grade math students participated in a Super Math Bowl last week before the big game. Students did rounds of fraction problems and minute-to-win-it games. Fractions and field goals were a winning combo with Coach Cinnamond and her players!

Third Graders Create Gardens for Math Project
Ms. McGehee’s third grade students are studying perimeter and area in math. To demonstrate understanding, students created and drew their own “Area Gardens,” with beds of different sizes. Students were very busy calculating area and perimeter of each section before they could “plant” their flowers and vegetables.
