Senior Honors Convocation – Friday, May 17, 2019 – 9:15 a.m. ExpandSenior Honors Convocation
- 8:15 a.m. – Seniors meet in the Alumni Gym to dress and line up.
- 9:15 a.m. – Munnerlyn Center – Parents are welcome to attend. Academic advisors will notify parents of students receiving awards. Seniors are to wear Sunday-type clothing – See dress code details. Students will process in caps and gowns. Gowns will need to be wrinkle free.

Baccalaureate – Friday, May 17, 2019 – 5:30 p.m. ExpandBaccalaureate
Please be aware that St. John’s Cathedral, the site of Baccalaureate, has limited seating. Therefore we encourage you to arrive early and only invite your immediate family to attend.
- 4:45 p.m. – Students meet at St. John’s Cathedral in Taliaferro Hall for procession.
- 5:30 p.m. – Service starts in St. John’s Cathedral. Students should not bring money or valuables. Please wear caps and gowns (wrinkle free).

Commencement – Saturday, May 18, 2019 – 9:00 a.m. ExpandCommencement
At Commencement, please do not hold more than ten seats for your family. Please remember that seats are available on a first-come first-served basis, anytime after 7:00 a.m. on the morning of the Commencement ceremony. At least one person from your party must be present to save seats.
- 8:15 a.m. (or before) – Graduates meet in the Alumni Gym for procession.
- 9:00 a.m. – Commencement ceremony begins at the Acosta House.
All students please wear caps and gowns (wrinkle free).

Purchasing a DVD Recording
As Commencement is such an important and memorable event, the ceremony will be professionally recorded. DVDs of the final production are available for purchase for $40.

SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS: The only reserved seating at Commencement is on the rows which were purchased from the Episcopal School of Jacksonville online auction and honorary seating. For information about the reserved auction seating and parking please contact the Advancement Office. All other seating is available on a first-come basis after 7:00 a.m. Please enter campus the morning of Commencement on Munnerlyn Drive for directions to the most appropriate parking area. Golf carts will be available in parking areas as well as the front circle to shuttle guests needing assistance.
