1966 SOCIETY
The 1966 Society recognizes the most loyal supporters of The Episcopal Fund, the school’s annual campaign for unrestricted support. Named for the year Episcopal was founded, this giving society recognizes donors who have given to The Episcopal Fund for five or more consecutive years. Faithful support of The Episcopal Fund is a hallmark of the strength of our community.
Peggy and Dade Nigro joined the Episcopal community in 2004. They are parents to Marlena ’10, Bella ’16, Lily ’16, Cole ’21, and Serena ’21. Peggy and Dade are members of The 1966 Society of loyalty donors and have supported Episcopal since their first daughter enrolled at Episcopal. They have been Episcopal Fund Parent Representatives for eight years. The Nigros’ five children were active ESJ students; Marlena ’10 was a member of the National Language Honor Society and the National Junior Honor Society. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a degree in Political Science. Bella ’16 was involved in Dance Ensemble, the German Club, the Latin Club, and was a member of the National Honor Society. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with degrees in Criminology and History. Lily ’16 was a volleyball player and was a member of the track team. She attends Florida Atlantic University. Cole ’21 is a Varsity Lacrosse player and a member of the National Junior Honor Society. He is a co-founder of the Camping Club. Cole has won numerous awards at Regional and State Science Fairs. Serena ’21 devotes much of her time on campus to being editor and chief of Talon Yearbook and President of the Community Service Council. She is a member of the National Junior Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society. Dade is a Managing Director of Global Risk Capital, LLC.
