Student Vestry Meets for Game Day, Fellowship

Student Vestry held a game day last week for the group to get together one last time before the school year starts. About 30 members of the Vestry gathered for fellowship and fun which allowed the Vestry to grow as a team before the school year and Chapel planning begin. Throughout the summer, Vestry teams have been encouraged to meet for team building and fellowship.  Some teams have gathered at the beach and at Vestry members’ homes.

Sydney Freed, Amelia Haynes, and Hannah Logullo, Senior Wardens, chose the scripture verse and theme for the year:  “Be strong and bold; have no fear or dread of them, because it is the Lord your God who goes with you; God will not fail you or forsake you.”  Deuteronomy 31:6
