ELP Play Dates Acclimate New Students to Campus
Nearly 40 new Early Learning Program (ELP) families attended two recent summer play dates on St. Markās Campus. Curious children had the opportunity to explore their new classrooms and play with classmates while parents got to know teachers and one another.Ā
āGiving children the opportunity to familiarize themselves with new surroundings while accompanied by a trusted caregiver helps to ease their transition into a school setting,ā said Ā Beville Anderson, Head of Lower School, St. Markās Campus. “Faculty and staff are looking forward to welcoming them back again for Meet Your Teacher before their first day of school.”
