Welcome Center Coordinator, 2025
Welcome Center Coordinator: Twelve-month position from 7:30-4:00 (During Normal school operation), Summer Hours (8:30-4:00)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- To oversee the daily tasks of the Welcome Center by answering phones, controlling the bell system using Valcom, and making campus-wide announcements on the intercom system.

- Preparing and executing the emergency protocol procedures for fire, lockdown, and weather drills.
- To utilize the student information system, Veracross and Magnus, to support office operations.Ā

- Support the nurse by distributing medicine to students.
- Support the attendance office by documenting and following up on daily student attendance.

- Assist students with the check in/out process.

- To assist campus security with operational tasks.
- Recording driving information for students, faculty, staff, and parent’s vehicles on campus.
- Updating and troubleshooting cyber keys for faculty and staff.
- To assist the Student Life Office with administrative needs
- Lock and locker management
- Managing the MS and US Student Life bulletin boards
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Well-versed in Google Suite (documents, forms, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Willing to learn new technology (Veracross, Magnus, etc.)
- Be organized and skilled at multitasking
- Great communication skills
- Perform other duties as assigned.
