Whatâs Next:
Payment Plan
- Monthly payment plan begins April 1 for Pre-K 3 through grade 12.
- Annual and Semi-annual payments are due April 1.
AutoPay
- AutoPay must be selected each year for each student.
- In your Parent Portal go to âView/Pay Statement.â If the 2025-2026 statement is on AutoPay,Â
will be displayed. If you have not enabled AutoPay, “N/A” will be displayed. - Register for VCPay to enable AutoPay for 2025-2026. Â
Tuition Refund Insurance
- TRI is now billed on the April statement if it was selected during the enrollment process. If you no longer need it, email [email protected] to remove the charge prior to July 1.Â
- To add this insurance, email [email protected] to add the charge. Insurance must be added prior to July 1.
- Please refer to the TRI brochure for specific coverage details. With added coverage this year, adjustments to selections cannot be made after July 1.Â
School Choice Funding
- Apply for or Renew your Scholarship. Step Up for Students
- Email a screenshot of the Award ID to [email protected].
- ESJ will register your student as soon as the portal is available to ESJ.
- You will be notified as soon as ESJ registers the student so you can approve the registration.
- Once parent/guardian approval is completed, ESJ will apply a credit to the statement according to the tuition payment plan selected.

To reserve your childâs space for the 2025-2026 school year, all steps must be completed via the My ESJ Enrollment Portal today, January 31, 2025. Please review the key updates listed below. Â

- Financial Obligation Schedule: Pre-K 3 – Grade 5 contracts that are canceled after the deposit is submitted will have the following financial obligations:

- April 1 – June 30: 50% of the annual tuition
- After June 30: 100% of the annual tuition

The registration price for the one and five-mile W.W. Gay Ortega River Run increases this Saturday, February 1.
Who:
- All St. Mark’s Campus families, faculty, and staff invited to participate.
- First and second grades are leading this service learning project.
What:
- Art Supply Drive for Art With a Heart In Healthcare. Art with a Heart in Healthcare is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of young patients staying at Wolfson Childrenâs Hospital and other area hospitals.
Due to compliance with hospital regulations, the organization was very specific with the supplies that the patients are able to receive.Â

When/Where:
- Collecting February 10- February 21 in collection bins located in carpool areas and in the school office. Supplies and “Art to Go” bags will be blessed on February 26 during Gathering in the Commons at 2:30 p.m.

- The goal is to brighten their hospital rooms and enhance the healing process.Â

Weather permitting, kindergarten through fifth grade students will enjoy worship in the park. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Stockton Park
On Friday, February 7, ESJ, St. Mark’s Campus will host a pizza dinner in the Lori Schiavone Commons from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Friends and neighbors are encouraged to attend.
To ensure enough pizzas are ordered, please pre-order your pizza. Dine-in or takeout orders are accepted.
Students are invited to wear accessories matching their grade level color on Ortega River Run t-shirt day (February 7) and race morning (February 8).

Pre-K 3 – fifth grade daughters and their special friends are invited to make memories at the Sweetheart SoirĂ©e Daughter Dance, hosted by the Parentsâ Association. Enjoy sweets, dancing, and a photobooth with your best girl.
The Sweetheart Soiree Daughter Dance is February 13! Help the Parents’ Association make this evening special.

- February 10 -14, students are invited to wear Valentine’s Day/heart accessories with their school uniforms.
- Parents will receive class party communication directly from homeroom parents.
- Please be sweet without bringing sweets. Non-candy class Valentines are recommended.
Pre-K 3âGrade 5 students receive a book for their birthday that is added to the Steve Williams Library Collection. Please be on the lookout for an email from Mrs. Trumpler regarding book selection. After a special bookplate is placed in the book, it will be blessed at the Birthday Chapel. Your child will be the first person to check out the book, and we ask them to return it after reading it for a few weeks so other children can enjoy it! Please join us at their special birthday Chapel.

Each month, first – fifth grade students are recognized by peers and teachers for demonstrating qualities of the Fruit of the Spirit that the Apostle Paul writes about in his letter to the church in Galatia. “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.” Galatians 5:22-23. Parents are welcome to attend these afternoon gatherings, as they are all Chapels and gatherings.
