The Beach Volleyball Program is the newest program in the ESJ athletic department. The program is entering its second full season under the leadership of head coach, Marco Macias. The Beach Volleyball Program practices and competes at the Conser Beach Volleyball Center on the Knight Sports Complex. ESJ provides transportation to the Knight Sports Complex for students who can’t drive.
About the Coach
Coach Marco Macias comes to ESJ from Powers Volleyball Club where he is a coach with their U-17 and U-18 National Teams. Coach Marco has extensive experience playing and coaching both beach and indoor volleyball. He was a member of the Mexican National Team for indoor and beach before moving into a coaching role with LaSalle University in Mexico City. He went on to partner with international beach clinics to help grow the game of beach volleyball around the world. Coach Marco is entering his second season as the ESJ Beach Volleyball Head Coach.
