Munnerlyn Campus

Tuition, Reservation Deposit, Payment Plans, & Tuition Refund Insurance

A $1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit applied toward tuition, plus a one-time facility fee of $1,250 for students new to ESJ, is required upon enrollment. If enrolling after billing begins, tuition owed to date and the facility fee are required. Parents may choose to pay the tuition balance using the following payment plans:

*Tuition Refund Insurance (1.9% of 2025-2026 tuition) is optional and provides an opportunity to insure tuition if a student withdraws after attending 14 consecutive days of school. All families are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this program to ensure some tuition dollars can be recovered if a student has to withdraw unexpectedly. Refer to the TRI brochure for specific coverage details.

Tuition

Episcopal offers an inclusive tuition model that minimizes extra costs during a student's time at ESJ and helps families budget effectively. Tuition covers the well-rounded experience across ESJ's Four Pillars of Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, and Spiritual Life, and also includes technology, supplies, and activity fees; standardized and developmental assessments; most grade level field trips; and Health, Safety, and Well-Being programs, and admission to all school-sponsored dances.

Billing and Enrollment

  • To be considered for re-enrollment or financial aid for succeeding academic years, a student's account(s) and all of his/her siblings enrolled at the school must be current, and the student must be in good standing.
  • All accounts are due and payable on the first of the month. Late fees are assessed after the 20th.
  • If any payment is delinquent for 60 days following the due date, the student may be excluded from school attendance and activities.
  • Incidental expenses are billed monthly, and tuition is billed according to the payment plan chosen. Parents/Guardians will select a Tuition Payment Plan and opt in or out of Tuition Refund Insurance via the enrollment agreement. Students have charging privileges in the Campus Store and dining hall.
  • Payment online via My ESJ is preferred.
