Important Dates
February 1, 2025 – Florida School Choice Scholarship application opens for renewal and new applicants. New applicants can apply for the 2025-2026 school year through Step Up for Students. April 30, 2025 – Renewal application deadline. Applications received after April 30, 2025 will be processed as new students.Key Information & New Steps for Scholarship Applicants
Here is some helpful information to be aware of, including a new step that families will need to complete this year:- Application checklist: For a list of documents that may be needed when a family applies, please click here.
- Priority deadline: To ensure renewing students receive priority for the Private School Scholarship and the Unique Abilities Scholarship, families must submit their application by Wednesday, April 30. After this date, all students will be processed as “new students” due to legislative changes for this year.
- New step for families: Once a student is found eligible, the family will be asked to “Accept” or “Decline” the scholarship. Once accepted, the student’s status will be updated to “Awarded.” Please monitor your email for future updates about enrollment.
- Step Up for Students is here to help: In addition to their regular hours, their team will be available to assist families this weekend from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

ESJ parents are encouraged to join our programming partner The Monique Burr Foundation for a webinar on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Developing Digital Safety, Empathy, and Mindfulness with Richard Guerry.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are open and now is the time to apply for siblings at all ESJ campuses!
Episcopal families interested in a sibling applying to the Beaches Campus (Grades Pre-K 3 – 5), St. Mark’s Campus (Age 1 – Grade 5) or Munnerlyn Campus (Grades 6 – 12) should follow the steps below and complete the process by January 31. Siblings receive priority consideration, but space is limited, so be sure to complete the application process early.

During the Back to School Open House we invite parents to engage with their child(ren)’s teacher and gain valuable insights and expectations for the school year. There are two time slots available, allowing parents to visit multiple classrooms if needed:
Option 1: 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Option 2: 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.

6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Parents’ Night Out
Following classroom visits, Parents’ Night Out will take place in the Lori Schiavone Commons. Enjoy adult beverages, snacks, mingle with fellow parents, and learn about involvement opportunities for the coming school year.
Episcopal School of Jacksonville’s Lower School Campuses partner with Campus Cuisine to provide a convenient way for parents to pre-order and pay for fresh, nutritious lunches. The ordering process is extremely flexible, allowing orders, changes, and cancellations up until noon (ET) the day before! Student’s individually packaged lunches will be delivered to school daily and labeled with the student’s name.

Please follow the steps below to register and order lunches.
- Visit https://www.campuscuisine.net, click “Register”, enter access code SM904 and signup.
- Click “Students” to add or edit them. Please update the grade at the beginning of each school year.
- Click “Order lunches” on the student profile or click “Lunches Calendar” at the top left corner and order directly from your calendar.
- You may order in advance for as many days or weeks as you like. The deadline to order or cancel lunch for the next day is 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Click the days of the week to view the dates and lunch options for that day. Then enter a quantity for each menu item that you wish to order.
- Click “add to cart” and repeat for each student.
- Click your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay or by entering your credit card.
- Please confirm your orders by clicking “Lunches Calendar”. Alternatively, you may click “Lunch List” and enter a student or day of the week in the search bar to view lunches in chronological order by date.
To change or cancel lunches, click “Lunches Calendar”, select a lunch, and click “cancel”. You may also click “Lunch List” and “delete”. You will receive a credit that can be applied to your next purchase. Credits must be used to purchase other lunches, are not refundable and expire in June.
