New School Year Information Regarding Student Accounts

As we look forward to another school year, please review the following information regarding Student Accounts:
- Now: 2024-2025 statements available to view on My ESJ.
- July 1: The 1-Pay and first installment of the 2-Pay payment plans are due.
- July 1: The first payment for the Early Learning academic year (1-Pay, first installment for 2-Pay and 10-Pay payment plans) is due.
As a reminder, payments are due by the 20th of the month and may be paid using:
- AutoPay (preferred method) – Click here for instructions on setting up AutoPay
- Credit Card – fees range from 2.85% (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) to 2.95% (American Express)
- eCheck
Tuition Refund Insurance (TRI)
- TRI was billed on the June statement if it was selected during the enrollment process. If you no longer want to purchase TRI, email [email protected] to remove the charge.

**All Student Accounts must be current as of July 31 (May, June, and July charges) in order for the student to attend the first day of school.**
