Honors Theatre Seniors Celebrated with Online Send-Off
Honors Theatre Seniors were given a proper Zoom send-off on Saturday, April 25.
Members of the Performing Arts Department, including Ms. Elsila, Mr. Hustis, and Ms. Black attended. The Rev. Adam Greene, Head of School, also was kind enough to share a few words. Alumni from the Classes of 2018 and 2019 also spoke to seniors. In addition, new thespians were inducted into the honor society.
Naiya Cheanvechai ’20, Phoebe Fletcher ’22, Jewel Hardwick ’20, Nandini Tandon ’20, and Anne-Charles Zimmer ’20 were recognized for the countless hours they’ve put into the Theatre program.
Langdon Zimmer was named an Honorary Thespian for her contributions to the department.
Thespian Officer election results were also announced: Julia Polster ’22 was named Communications Director; Phoebe Fletcher ’22 will be Vice President; and Emilia McLaughlin ’21 is the group’s president. “The event ended with a big reveal of the Fall Show, Emma, A Pop Musical,” shared Upper School Theatre Director Taylor Lee Horne ’00.
