Florida Ballet Performs “Peter and the Wolf”
Students from the Florida Ballet recently delighted kindergarten through fifth grade students with a performance of Peter and the Wolf. This special event combined narration and music to bring the classic tale to life, engaging young audiences through sight and sound. Different instruments represented the voices of various characters, allowing students to experience the story in a dynamic and immersive way. The narration guided them through Peter’s adventure, while the music highlighted each character’s presence and actions.
Following the performance, students had the opportunity to interact with the performers in a Q&A session. They asked insightful questions about what it takes to be a dancer in the Florida Ballet. Peter and the Wolf was a memorable experience, leaving a lasting impression on students and fostering a love for Episcopal’s Finer Arts Pillar at an early age.
