Chef Stephen Bechan from the Florida Yacht Club and St. Mark’s Campus’ Dad’s Club are preparing gourmet and child-friendly menu options to serve during race packet pickup. If you did not pre-order a dinner, cash or credit cards will be accepted at the check-in located in the foyer of the Lori Schiavone Commons.
Menu:
- Caesar salad (dressing on the side)
- Garlic breadsticks
- Green bean and sweet onion almondine
- Herb roasted new potatoes
- Seared chicken breast with wild mushroom marsala sauce
- Veggie baked ziti
- Meat lovers spaghetti and marinara
- Kids buttered noodles
- Assorted fresh baked cookies
- Child-friendly buttered noodles
