CTP 5 Standardized Testing

Grades 3-5, April 24-27

Dear St. Mark’s Campus Parents,

Third, fourth, and fifth-grade students will take the CTP 5 exam during the week of April 24-27. This Comprehensive Testing Program is for high-achieving students in areas such as reading, listening, vocabulary, writing, and math. It enables schools to assess strengths and areas of growth for individuals and groups.

To enable a successful week of testing, please have your child to school on time each day so they can start testing on time. It is important that your child eat a healthy breakfast and get plenty of rest during testing week. There will be no homework assigned and no classroom tests given for third – fifth grade students during this standardized testing week.

Please let your child’s teacher know as soon as possible if your child will be absent any days during the week of testing. Any appointments should be made in the afternoon on those days.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you!
