A Vision for Art Brings Record Attendance and Number of Pieces Sold

A Vision for Art provided an amazing experience for artists, party guests, and the Jacksonville community again this year. Throughout the five-day art exhibition, hundreds of art enthusiasts from the greater Jacksonville community and beyond traveled to St. Mark’s Campus to view and purchase masterpieces from over 40 artists. The event kicked off with a sold-out Opening Night Celebration event on Friday, April 21. Saturday and Sunday drew big crowds with “Family Fun Day” and “Sunday Sip & Shop.” St. Mark’s Campus also welcomed community members Monday and Tuesday for after-hours happy hour shopping experiences.

In all, A Vision for Art sold 214 one-of-a-kind masterpieces ranging in price from $10 to $3,200.

“From pricepoint to artistic style, the exhibit truly had something for everyone,” said Bebe Alexander. A Vision for Art’s Art Curator and ESJ, St. Mark’s Campus Art Instructor. “I have loved watching A Vision for Art take hold in the art community and grow in popularity and reach each year. What started out as a vision six years ago has become reality beyond expectations!”
