Parent Book Study Tuesday (October 26)
Have you been thinking about participating in the Parent Book Study but not yet shown up? Please come as it is not too late to join in virtually or in person, or read along on your own. We are meeting two more times this semester: Tuesdays October 26, and November 9, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. On October 26 we will be discussing Chapter 5: Sleep from The Teenage Brain: A Neuroscientist’s Survival Guide to Raising Adolescents and Young Adults by Frances E. Jensen and Amy Ellis Nutt.
In-Person Parent Book Study will continue to meet outside in Burwell Court of St. John’s Cathedral, 256 Church St E, 32202 (with a back up plan of Ingram Lounge, a spacious room inside). Please let Beth Collins Himes P’21, P’25 know if you are interested, plan to attend and have any questions, [email protected] or 404-918-0949
Can’t attend in person, but would like to Zoom? Virtual Parent Book Study is also taking place on October 26 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. If you are interested in being part of the Virtual Parent Book Study, please contact Carolyn Brown P’25 at [email protected] or 415-812-7447.
Hope you are enjoying learning about the teenage brain!
