Chapel in the Park

Last week, students, parents, grandparents, and faculty gathered on a beautiful fall morning in Stockton Park for the first Chapel in the Park of the year. Fifth grade students had the opportunity to serve as acolytes and readers while everyone participated in song and prayer. In the Homily, The Rev. Christopher Dell, Associate Chaplain, talked to students about how the Bible tells them to love the Lord with all their heart, soul and mind and to love their neighbors just like they love themselves. He encouraged everyone to choose something simple they wear or carry with them each day to remember these important commandments.

The next Chapel in the Park (weather permitting) is on Friday, October 29 at 8:25 a.m. Friends and family are always encouraged to attend this special service!
