Kids Yoga
YOGA helps to lead kids on a path towards a calm and relaxed mind while increasing strength, flexibility and coordination. We work on asanas (physical poses) and pranayama (breath work for mental clarity) during each of our sessions leaving us peaceful and rejuvenated.

FACE4Kids
Fitness and Character Education (FACE) is a cutting-edge program resulting in improved agility, coordination, focus, and timing. FACE incorporates self-esteem building and character education through public speaking on a specific word or theme within every class session. This arrangement allows FACE to enhance both academic and life skills development. FACE includes a strong focus on fitness – Martial Arts, Animal games, jumping rope and juggling. While fitness training for young people is important, character building is equally essential. FACE helps students become classroom leaders.

Eagle STEM Challenges
Young students will have the opportunity to take their science learning to the next level in this accelerated STEM program. Students will be presented challenges and work together to solve them using inquiry based learning. In each class, students will have fun while exploring science!

Eagle STEM Challenges
This is an accelerated STEM program for students looking to take their science learning to the next level. Students will be presented challenges that they must solve using various scientific procedures and methods. This class will be a fast paced, yet fun, challenge for students with scientific minds.

Lego Robotics
This class is based on the FIRST Lego League Explore robotics program (www.firstlegoleague.org) . Students use Legos to build solutions to problems as well as build and program robots to help with their missions. This year’s FIRST Lego League theme is: CARGO CONNECT℠ and students will learn how cargo is transported, sorted, and delivered to its destinations.

Little Geniuses (Chess)
Little Geniuses is a chess-singing, laughing, dancing, clock-slapping, zany chess video, puppet show introduction to chess. For children ages 3-5, Little Geniuses puts on a high-energy, 45 minute chess practice in which kids earn brightly colored silicone wristbands and look forward to our 22 daily activities. Kids report chess class to be the favorite part of their week because they find our developmentally targeted thinking activities compelling, exhilarating, gratifying, and FUN!
