Students Celebrate Mothers and Special Friends

In the midst of a beautiful sunrise and perfect weather, students on the St. Mark’s Campus celebrated their mothers and special friends during Chapel on Friday, May 7. Students in first through sixth grades enjoyed a special service with their mothers in neighboring Stockton Park overlooking the St. Johns River. The Rev. Teresa Seagle, Chaplain and Dean of Spiritual Life and Service, presented the homily. Fifth and sixth grade students provided a performance of “Lord, I Lift Your Name on High.” Melissa Vogt, Parents’ Association Chair, and Rebekah Hagan, Vice Chair, were thanked for all of their hard work.

Following the service in Stockton Park, Pre-K and Kindergarten students joined their mothers and special friends for their traditional Chapel service on Baker Green.
