Grade-level Events Welcome Parents to Campus

The St. Mark’s Campus welcomed kindergarten, first, and second grade families to campus for a safe and fun Open House on Monday, February 8. With their children as the “tour guides,” parents had the opportunity to visit classrooms and resources to get a glimpse into the school year.

Third grade parents were welcomed to campus for the annual George Washington’s Breakfast celebration on Tuesday, February 9 . Each year, the Presidents’ Day holiday approaches, third grade students study our country’s first leader by reading the book George Washington’s Breakfast. To celebrate their discovery of many facts about our nation’s first president, including what he ate for breakfast, students gathered in the Lori Schiavone Commons to enjoy a George Washington-themed meal complete with white table cloths and silver tea service.

In the coming days and weeks, Pre-Kindergarten parents will be welcomed to campus for an Open House and Scavenger Hunt and fourth, fifth, and sixth grade parents will have a sneak peek of this year’s spring musical performance, High School Musical Jr. Early Learning Program 2 parents will be welcomed to campus on March 24 for a Peek at Pre-K to help answer important questions on what to expect as their child makes the transition.
