Lacrosse Teams Begin Seasons with Wins

Yesterday both the girls’ and boys’ lacrosse teams began their regular seasons with two easy wins. The girls team defeated visiting Creekside High School 21-5. Keeley Cleland ’22 and Mia Carter ’21 scored five goals each while Reagan Reid ’23 had five saves in the victory.  The boys had an equally impressive game, defeating Stanton College Prep at the Knight Campus 26-0. Myles Long ’21 led the boys with six goals, while Henry Latta ’25 and Julio Dodaj ’22 scored four goals each.  Both teams are back in action tomorrow in a double header at Jangro Stadium. The boys will host Paxon at 5:30 p.m. followed by the girls hosting Ponte Vedra High School. Both games can be watched live online.
