Boys Basketball on Winning Streak – Episcopal School of Jacksonville

Over the weekend the Varsity Boys Basketball defeated Bolles (ranked number six in the state in 4A) 57-52. Mark Flakus ’22 led the way with 22 points while Kent Jackson ’24 added 13 points. The next afternoon the Eagles defeated Paxon (number seven in the state in 4A) 38-35. Mark Flakus led all scorers with 13 points and Parker Chappell ’22 added 10 points.

Last night the Eagles defeated Seacoast Christian and moved to 13-3 for the season.

The recent state rankings have the Eagles number 10 in 3A. They are back in action Thursday and Friday against Christ’s Church Academy and Yulee. Senior Ben Collins will be honored before the game on Friday night against Yulee.
