Decking the St. Mark’s Commons!
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around the St. Mark’s Campus! Students in Pre-K 3 through sixth grade enjoyed decorating the Christmas tree in the Lori Schiavone Commons on Tuesday. Each student is represented on the tree with their own hand-made ornament. Every year, each grade-level chooses a theme for their ornaments. In sixth grade, students continued the tradition of creating an ornament with their yearbook pictures from every year they have attended the St. Mark’s Campus. Fourth grade created a “world peace” ornament, representing their quest for peace during the spring World Peace Games. First grade created polar bears from styrofoam balls and yarn ahead of “Polar Express Day” next Monday.
