Students Learn to Sign and Sing
While there have been some adjustments to the school day on the St. Mark’s Campus regarding normal activities with masks and social distancing, music teacher, Susanne Dailey, has seized the opportunity to work with students on communicating and singing in a different way.
Mrs. Dailey has used the challenge of singing behind a mask to teach students the power of sign language. Students in Kindergarten through sixth grade have learned sign language to many of their beloved Chapel songs and they have fully embraced their new way to communicate. Mrs. Dailey is excited to continue nurturing their passion with some songs for the upcoming holiday season.
