Dance Marathon Club is Student Government Partner Club for 2020-2021

ESJ’s Dance Marathon Club has been selected as this year’s school-supported and Student Government-selected student club. The Dance Marathon Club raises money and awareness for local children’s hospitals. The ESJ club supports Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Dance Marathon itself is a six-hour fundraising event during which participants are not allowed to sit down — they are standing for those children who cannot. The annual event, “Dancing on the River” is held in conjunction with Bishop Kenny and Bolles and over the years has raised more than $100,000. The club sponsor is Kate Wallis, and club leaders are seniors Jack Adams, Knox Greene, Don Kohla, and Alston Rachels.
