Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

The Beaches Campus kicked off Hispanic Heritage month on September 15. Hispanic Heritage month (September 15 to October 15) recognizes the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.

Students will broaden their perspectives through activities in the classroom such as learning about historic Hispanic figures, through cultural arts exposure, and creating reports on different regions in the world like South and Central America.
