Draw, Paint, Print Senior Spotlight Interview: Chanthony Boyd
Chanthony Boyd ’18 has always enjoyed drawing, and has been taking Draw, Paint, Print since his 9th grade year. This year for A.P Drawing Portfolio, he is working primarily in graphite.
Q. Chanthony, what is the central idea of your concentration?
The central idea for my concentration is revolved around family, and how significant family can be in a life, and how one’s friends can significantly mold them into the person they are every day.
Q. How does the work in your concentration demonstrate the explanation of your idea?
My art pieces show the bond of mother and father figures to their son, my pieces portray the beauty in family and friends and how family and friends are a crucial base in everyone’s life.
