St. Mark’s Campus Hosts Parent Book Club

This week marked the first book club for St. Mark’s Campus parents, featuring discussions on the initial chapters of “Good Inside” by Dr. Becky Kennedy. According to Eve Rodsky, New York Times bestselling author, “This book is for any parent who has ever struggled under the substantial weight of caregiving—which is to say, all of us. Good Inside is not only a wise and practical guide to raising resilient, emotionally healthy kids, it’s also a supportive resource for overwhelmed parents who need more compassion and less stress.”  The first Book Club meeting was a fantastic opportunity for parents to share experiences and connect over common challenges. Dr. Elise Fallucco, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and ESJ’s new Director of Health, Safety, and Well-Being, also joined.
