Track and Field Excels at Invite

On Saturday the girls’ and boys’ Track & Field teams participated in the Danny Brown Invite hosted at Bishop Snyder. The girls team placed fourth overall while the boys team placed ninth. Leaders for the girls were: Harper McEvoy ’21 – second place in 800m (2:25.83); Chloe Selmer ’24 – first place in Long Jump (16’0.5) and first place in Triple Jump (32’9″);  and Maddie Morris ’22, Lauren Mack ’24, Sydney Freed ’22, and Grae Camerlengo ’23 – second place in the 4×800 relay team (10:47.45).  The boys’ team top placers were: Don Kohla ’21 – second place in 800m (2:02.78); and the 4×400 relay team (Calvin Jasey ’21, David Cooper ’22, Michael Officer ’22, and Don Kohla) – first place (3:29.95). Congratulations to both teams on a great meet! Both teams are back in action Friday at the Bulldog Classic hosted by Bolles.
