Celebrating Service Day is March 23
Our annual Celebrating Service Day on the Munnerlyn Campus will be March 23. On this day, we remember and honor the school’s founding mission to form “doers of good.” Students and faculty will spend the entire school day doing community service and reflecting on its value.
This year’s COVID protocol-minded event will include:
- Seniors serving off-campus with partner organizations
- On-campus clean-up and landscaping
- Preparing virtual activities for students from St. Mark’s, Beaches, and North Florida School of Special Education
- Team-building and outreach with Wounded Warriors
- Self-initiated Advisory service projects
- Alum guest speakers
- A hunger awareness theme for Middle School, including Hunger Fight food packing, a food banquet hunger simulation, a virtual visit from Mtr. Beth at St. Mary’s food pantry, and active learning with “Hunger Games.”
