Girls Basketball and Soccer Teams Begin District Tournaments

Next week Varsity Girls and Boys Soccer and Varsity Girls Basketball will begin postseason play. The girls’ basketball team enters the district tournament as the number two seed and will play the winner of the Bishop Snyder/Trinity Christian game in the Semmes Gym on Thursday, February 4, in the semifinal round. With a win the girls would advance to the district finals on Friday, February 5. Varsity Girls Soccer enters the district tournament as the number three seed and will host Trinity Christian on Friday, February 5, at Jangro Stadium. Varsity Boys Soccer enters the district tournament as the number two seed and will host the winner of the Providence/Trinity Christian game on Monday, February 8. Go Eagles!
