Chapel Dance Video Features Upper School Ensemble

Upper School Dance Ensemble will be featured in a video during Chapel in February that was created in order to share dance through an additional outlet during COVID.

“Due to limitations in live performance, we wanted to utilize other performance outlets that could be done safely, and shared safely,” said Director of Dance Dawn Adams. “We worked with professional videographers, including Ian McCook ’12 who shot drone footage of the dancers.”

The piece is set to Needtobreathe’s song “Survival.”

“The song and dance are about how during unprecedented times, and in struggles, we need to lean on the Lord and have faith in Him for our survival,” said Director of Dance Dawn Adams.
